Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Take lodging reservations, process credit cards, check guests in and out
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide information and assistance to clients, customers, and employees
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide general support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support in a professional manner
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
